as sales fall in gas, diesel and c store sales so does the mangers pay, it is all proportionate, so goes better service, and qualified workforce. This company across the the board when they merged with petro slashed payroll, jobs, which in return put more job load on exisiting management, hired short term employees to carry out tasks that were against there own code of conduct. In my opinion they are poorly managed and are lacking leadership,training,an... a solid core value.

Ta has poor management which contributes to employment turnover..they need to get rid of the old guard!!! you cannot run a ta like petro! it is in the #'s
