BioScrip's Time to Right the Ship Is Running Out

I know that the Aetna contract with Bios, regardless of the negotiated rates, will be permanently terminated in September 2009. The only patients that Bios will be able to service from that time on will be those that have Aetna Out of Network benefits or reside in states that have any willing provider laws. The only reason that the contract was continued for another year was because Aetna has a 1 year provision in all of the provider contracts that is honored before terminating the contract.
