Notes from Pericom Semi's Annual Shareholder Meeting

Thanks Matthew for the honest, true to the point notes about Pericom and Alex.
I knew Alex and his family, I think before he started this company. I always find him to he honorable, truthful and sensitive to others.
In one occasion, he helped a refugee from China, during the Chinese government crushing of June 4th student demonstration, to find work in his start-up company.
I was very encouraged by his sacrifice and his willingness to help the "tired" and "tempest -tossed".

This is quite different today when one reads news of CEOs getting lots of bonuses while the companies they ran suffered. And these CEO only blame the sub-prime, the credit conditions for the failures.

May Pericom plod on steadily onto recovery and continues to build products that serve its market and add value to the ecosystems.
