Inflation Scorecard: Gold Drives Expectations

I am not satisfied with the arguments for Gold notes alongside $ notes. I find the article a hard read (maybe I need to have another cup of coffee and read again).

My thought is, if there is a rotten apple and a nice shiney, good one on the table side-by-side, I would buy the good one and so would anyone else. If it were only a limited amt. of good apples, the price would bid to the sky. The folks from every nation would pay with their form of worthless (or soon to be) fiat...where is the gain for the treasury. ( I don't have an MBA so I can't create an answer).

I am going to have that second cup of strong coffee and fondle my gold and silver coins that lay close at hand.....and think some more about that stuff.

Flower BBQ needs to go back to school...he can not even spell his name right.. <Nafta shipped jobs to Asia>, come on, give me a break. USA trade unions and fat plain envelopes from stinking lobbiest to greedy politicos are what shipped the jobs overseas. The Clintons and both Bushs are the villian, prime....then congress and the state dept. Nothing has changed for the better. Time for a French or Mexican Revolution...take your pick....Neither was good for the folks in power...blood in the streets will save us. Or vote your way out of this mess...Hah, hah, hah, on that.
