  • Watch Out Verizon, Sprint, And T-Mobile... AT&T Has More Leverage Now [View article]
Good article. Delta good points, AT&T has already offered this bundle so there is really nothing new here. (other than a confusing bill, bloated with every tax in existence.) The big loss is actually the consumer less competition will certainly drive prices up, nor will obfuscation of "bundles" have any value. Someone will now feel they have to purchase Dish to keep ahead.

  • Why Tim Cook Wants Mom And Pop To Buy Apple [View article]
It is possible that a large group may of retail investors may buy and hold at the lower price pt and for the dividend. This would provide price stability as well.

  • Apple Would Find It Difficult To Integrate Beats Electronics [View article]
A new box! This is an accessories play but because it is Apple everyone is reading way too much into this. There are far better small premium audio gear shops they could have picked.

  • Buy BlackBerry, Sell Apple [View article]
Everyone who looks at this sees $7 not $17.
Technology has changed so much from when BBY was on top they are not different this time, just a few short years and look where it is. If MSFT grabbed them it might have played. Look at Android and IOS sales no one misses BBY.

  • IBM's Culture Is Its Best Long-Term Investment Metric [View article]
You have no idea what you are talking about in regards to culture. Talent leaves in droves. Decisions are made circa 1940. 2) The growth of $1000 from 1940 to 1971 is a nice story about a monopoly which does not exist. 3) Past performance means nothing about future success, Xerox milked the 9xx series for how long? 4) The "great management" team has not been able to get the ball from $100B to $110B for 3 years.... Should I go on?

  • Same Stuff, Different Year: Should Shareholders Stick With IBM? [View article]
Yes, this happens all the time. Not only did they bid $3.2M on 500K (high market price) worth of work but it took them 9 months to deliver the vague quote and it would take another 9 months before they could start. And they do not know who would perform the actual work. Press hard you are making 4 copies.

If you got in under $100 the div checks are nice.

  • Tesla Needs To Capture 14% U.S. Market Share To Justify Valuation [View article]
Fantastic evaluation. I could also add that being the new cool kid gives them 3-4X multiplier per car but $12,000 x 4 is a far cry from $800K. Since when does a sober analysis get in the way of a good story? I think the comparison to MB is eye opening. ( But not for a cult. )

None of this is controlled at the device level. Security is controlled way up on high. If the mothership says block XXX, it is blocked at the corp level. The corp business users policy applies to all users in the case of any issue the logs are retained. You will have to "accept" this policy to use the device. FB is getting a pass right now because of social productivity.
