REITs: Good Time to Buy, But Expect Near-Term Choppy Prices

Great intro on REITS. Just a suggestion for a follow up article: How about explaining the difference between publically traded and privately held REITS. You could explain the differences, pros and cons, and potential changes in performance over the next couple years. This would provide an opportunity to explore arbitrage difference between the two REIT types and how they might be held in a portfolio for maximum yield. Cheers.
