  • Vringo halted with news pending [View news story]
Interesting in Obama's speech last night he indicated he wanted patient reform. Great idea so patient trolls like google can't attempt to put small patient holders out of business by trying to bankrupt them by using the courts to try to put them out of business and then just continue to use someone Elsie's work and fill there pockets, pay as little US tax as they can by putting the money outside the US.OH wait Google was one of Obama's biggest donor's Obama May have to rethink that one!

  • Vringo (VRNG +5.5%) spikes higher after announcing the USPTO has affirmed the validity of its '420 patent, which is one of two patents being asserted in its legal battle with Google, AOL, and others, following a reexamination. Google requested the patent be reexamined in May '12. The USPTO had previously made initial rulings rejecting the validity of the patent. (PR[View news story]

  • Microsoft And Judge Jackson Gives Vringo More Firepower? [View article]
one would have to believe given vringo's experience and knowledge of "patents " the patents in question have substantial
Value. I believe this will be proven very shortly.Once all the gamblers and nickel and dime holders are gone the investors
In vringo should see a great return on this investment.

  • Google Claims To Have Defeated Vringo Search Patents [View article]
Maybe someone could explain - why an investor would claim he believes he has evidence Google has a work around ,claims it would be very negative for vringo.Google is so good they could have done this due to the fact they have the smartest programs in the industry.Did not prove any of the claims they made ,they were not infringing at trail. Then say by the way I'm long this stock. Even though what I'm claiming will have a crushing effect on my position. I'm going to write this to warn everyone so you can do what ,buy more ? sell ? Just remember I keep telling you I've been long and remain long,Now a person of average intellect wouldHave to believe something doesn't smell right given the above statements. Can anyone pick out the motive of this investor?
PS-I'm long Vrng, don't believe Google has a non-infringing work around

  • Vringo Vs. Google: Showdown Or Workaround [View article]
Perhaps QE next move will be to claim Google is insane then asking the courts for relief after all is not the definition of insanity repeating (or saying) the same thing over and over expecting different results
