Loan to Viable Industries - Not Those Bloated with Inventory

No Loan Required--The oil majors are sitting on a mountain of cash and they could easily build an infrastructure to support hydrogen distribution in the US, but they need the nod from Obama before they do, and Obama has shown that he will not be congenial with big oil. And American public sentiment needs to change dramatically about the way they view Exxon and Chevron and ignore their NIMBY insistences.

Will it happen anytime soon? Probably not..

But think of the stimulus on the economy.
