Time to Buy China, Copper, the Canadian Dollar and Oil

Bingo. The 10% penalty is avoidable under some circumstances and even if it isn't, does anybody really believe the top marginal rates will be less than 10% lower 10 years from now (and the top bracket practically zero after inflation)?

Who do you think created the mess? Here's a short list and they are all "public servants": Alan Greenspan, Jimmy Carter, Barney Frank, Chris Dodd. And we've got Ben Bernanke and Barack Obama working on the next mess.
