Bank Bailouts and Trust Preferreds: Still Too Much Risk Here

This is all very confusing. I bought preferred for income and know nothing about the difference between trust preferred. preferred etc. It seems to me that all this nonsense makes it difficult for a little guy who is simply looking for income to figure out what to do. We don't all want to be sharp traders on Wall street.
