With Lowered National Debts, Latin America Should Perform Better in 2009

The fact that the debt of Latin America has fallen down is such good news in this economic turmoil we have having. We certainly deserve to have some good news coming our way and this one qualifies big time. Imagine decreasing the debt by 59% of GDP. That's awesome!
