Nice commentary but this payment is just for the one GMP cell line application or affect. If Pfizer plans to do more research or discovery work in any area they are going to have to pony up 25k more each time and get ZFN's from Sangamo's partner Sigma. Thats still quite a deal but it also is an ongoing revenue stream. Keep that in mind when you thing about perpetuity.
