The Curious Success of APAC Customer Services

Check the news on this one. One of the insiders (chairman of the board, maybe?) is pushing to take the company private at something like $1.53 or $1.57 per share. They just signed severance deals for a lot of the execs, so it's looking like the offer is going to go through. Don't pay over the offering price, or you'll likely get stuck eating the difference. I owned this stock long ago, and rode it down to 50 or 60 cents. Either their business is very erratic, or they monkey around with the numbers (IMHO).
