Do the shorts need to cover if siri goes bk, or do they just get the full amount loaned since the sp is basically zero?

that was my favorite scenario -- xm sats (already in orbit) have got to be worth a ton! and the repeaters on the ground not being used is another -- couldn't that be liauidated while still retaining the bandwidth and the content? Especially since the interoperables are coming out, you'ld think that you could send xm stuff through the sirius bandwidth.

I don't think the frequendicies used for video are the same for audio so ES wouldn't want that -- unless they wanted in to the radio part. I do know it is easier to push a satellite around when already in orbit then it is to get it up there. I also know that es decided to keep a planned bird grounded, even knowing that there may be heavy fines (although much less then getting the sat. up). therefore it may be plausible for siri to sell the XM satellites (which may be worth quite a bit) to pay for the 09 debt, while retaining all the frequencies and content that xm uses and offers along with the subs. It may also be beneficial for some siri sub exposure to the dish network through some deals made between the companies. Is this an impossibility?

Relmor, if you have time to answer. What is, how do you watch level II? If too simple, that's fine. I am an amateur. Thansk
