We appreciate your efforts, but I think you are barking up the wrong tree. I think you need to be addressing Yuchai in China, or the Yulin Government, not HLA. Clearly shareholders have NO pull with HLA but perhaps Yuchai, or their gov't partners who DO have significant pull can change the situation. It's about guanxi.
