The company has $35.2M of net cash, a TEV of $193M and TTM EBITDA of $39M. The company has similar margins and grew over 100% last year. TTM revs are $94M so this company is much bigger than NKBP. Yongye revised its previously announced revenue guidance for fiscal year 2009 from $66 million to $82 to $84 million, and its previously announced net income guidance from $15.8 million to $23 to $24 million. Assuming 35.7M shares EPS would be $.67 or a PE 7.5x. Post the recent deal, YGII has $9.5M of cash and no debt.

3) No institutional coverage yet (good indicator)
4) New CFO - Speaks Mandarin and English and graduated with MBA from Stanford
