  • Bank Of America Has Been Dead Money For 20 Years: Did They Fire The Right People? [View article]
Another ridiculous article. The reduction in employees was because the legacy portfolio of bad loans is being worked through. THAT'S A GOOD SIGN. To suggest that BAC should keep people they no longer need and fire the CEO who has guided this stock through the Great Recession is simply preposterous.

Unfathomable that Seeking Alpha publishes this tripe.

  • Jim Cramer Sells Linn Energy, Tells Investors To Buy Kinder Morgan [View article]
I am adding to LNCO today. If the drops keep coming, I'll keep buying.

  • Jim Cramer Sells Linn Energy, Tells Investors To Buy Kinder Morgan [View article]
That's what makes Cramer (and Zack's) so worthless. Things go from a strong buy, you buy... then the price drops and it's suddenly a sell. It's an incoherent investment strategy.

I really like KMI, I would like to add. It doesn't matter if the producers of natural gas make or lose. KMI makes on volume - sure to grow dramatically. Not to mention that it's WAY undervalued now.

  • Micron Should Be Worried By Samsung's Plans For New $14.7B Chip Plant [View article]
Please, do we have to deal with yet ANOTHER author who refers to himself in third person? It makes anyone look like a kook, dude. That weakens any argument you may have had. A very weak article, weakened further by your comments.

  • Linn Energy Just Can't Catch A Break [View article]
This is exactly the situation I keep dry powder for. Sentiment is bad. It's bad, bad, bad. Exactly the time to keep buying. My rule is never to buy in with my full investment at one time. I don't see the bear case for LNCO. Most dividend stocks are touted as high dividend with a yield of 4%. LNCO blows that away even if they cut their distribution 20% - which they are not going to do.

This is just another shake out of weak hands. The market isn't taking away... it's giving a new opportunity.

  • Linn Energy: A Very Disappointing Quarter [View article]
maybe growth will slow, but line is a giant and will keep growing. in the meantime, the dividend is more than adequate to support the current stock price. next quarter will likely be impacted by adverse weather, i'm thinking. but it looks to me like line will be able to keep the dividend at current levels without much concern.

  • Sorry Dorothy, Micron Will Not See $50 [View article]
Phred, for what it's worth, I chastised this author for that in his article yesterday. He didn't reply to my post but at least it shows he can indeed read. Unless this is just coincidence and I am flattering myself. I could be wrong.

  • Bank Of America: Relief Rally Coming And Here's Why [View article]
These are related to entities acquired by BAC and actions taken before BAC acquired them. How does this make the management of BAC guilty of anything other than a bad acquisition? The numbers the DOJ is coming up with are being pulled out of thin air. They simply want to extort as much as they can.

Yes, we know that the only justice will come when investments are destroyed and everyone lives off what the government provides because society has been so dumbed down people can't wipe their own behinds. So trash the efforts of the people who worked, saved and invested so the fruits of their labors can be handed out to those who sit idle and make no meaningful contribution to society other than breeding more of themselves to consume an ever larger amount of what the idiots (myself included) who work produce.

This is extortion at its finest. Obama should be proud of destroying the motivation of people to work, save and invest. I think my new goal is life is to be on disability and have the government hand everything to me. I feel my fibromyalgia kicking in even now!

  • Linn Energy: Production Imperils The Distribution [View article]
Linn isn't over a barrel like it was during the SEC investigation and the subsequent Berry deal. Look for a couple of smaller, clearly accretive acquisitions this year. This is a buy here.

  • Linn Energy: Fears Of A Distribution Cut Are Way Overblown [View article]
Now, that's sounds more like an entitlement than a dividend. You could always sell, then none of the distribution cuts would "cost" you a penny :).

Yes, but this is so stupid, it's just not even funny anymore. it's just stupid.

If SA wants to be taken seriously, they will stop publishing articles like this. Pure and simple... Where is the editorial process here? I am sure there will be whining to the editor about the various comments here, so they can delete them. But would this happen if SA didn't publish articles composed only of meaningless fluff?

  • Straight Talk On Gold - You May Not Want To Hear It [View article]
This article is absolute hogwash. I personally put 2 gold bars in my safe and I closed it tight. Surprise! There were a bunch of little gold bars nursing on the female gold bar when I opened it 9 months later.
