How about the sale to Coopsette? Is that B.S. also? Here is an excerpt of my thoughts from an email I wrote to my investment group:
"Coopsette is a fairly large Italian corporation. For a company the size of GWBU, 40MM Euros over three years is a fairly large contract. In addition, GWBU is waiting on financing from BNL- Gruppo BNP Paribas to begin manufacturing the FEED units. I personally underwrite manufacturing loans and before any major agreement is signed, the manufacturer needs to get a commitment from his bank in order to begin production. And the fact that Coopsette appears to be a large and strong company, this will increase the odds that GWBU will get it's financing (probably factoring) approved by BNP.
