    What happens when the retail sector starts to fail and unemployment continues to rise.Then comes the commercial loan default,which is also going to be negitive for the banking sector? Is this perception, just fear or is this what is on the horizon? I feel that the commercial realestate is over built,and still has some of the worst ahead in 2009.Which in return still holds some more trouble for the banking sector
