In 2012/2013 I traveled the world, well parts of the world. Croatia, Turkey, Cyprus, Israel, Morocco, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal,Monte Carlo, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland and the Fatherland. The lion picture was taken in the Serengeti on safari. My takeaway from Europe is: There is no austerity. Do not be fooled. Prices are sky high there. There is no mass poverty. The shops are full of expensive goods in the EU. Banks are NOT giving away real estate at deep discount. The strong Euro has held all countries up. Tourism is king in the EU. The food is expensive and you get nothing. Wine is good and cheap however.
