Brad Thomas is a 1988 graduate of Presbyterian College and has practiced real estate investing for the past twenty one (21) years. Brad has developed, acquired, and sold over $ 500 Million in commercial real estate with a specific emphasis on single tenant investment grade rated companies. Brad has provided wealth management seminars and lectures across the East Coast and he has completed numerous 1031 exchange opportunities for buyers and sellers of real estate. Brad enjoys college basketball and he and his wife enjoy raising five children and traveling to the beach.
