Charles Homs is in charge of the global Oracle Competitive Intelligence team for SAP and application vendors like Salesforce.com and Workday. He's also in charge of the Oracle internal Win-Loss analysis program. Before joining Oracle, Charles was a senior analyst at Forrester Research. His research focused on high-level issues in ERP, CRM, and SCM and included RFID research. He advised on strategic decisions in the selection of solutions, taking into consideration eBusiness and its influence on business processes and IT solutions. He analyzed vendors of enterprise application solutions, and how their solutions impact the IT market. He also advised software vendors on how to develop, market and sell solutions.
