With All the Focus on Apple's Options Issues, When Will We Hear About Microsoft's?

ha ha!! turns out steve jobs did something unethical and we find someone turning the heat on msft :-). ok so well i guess you could have mentioned the part where msft restated its earnings in 1999 (and took a hit of $217 mln - voluntarily) and also the part that says these options were made to "new" employees - not to board directors or CEOs. Yeah the WSJ link talks about it but I guess investors won't be scared enough if you included all that in the main article. But I do appreciate your genuine concern that MSFT might face much more aggressive prosecution. oh and well done on being the first to make the backdating scandal a marketing issue, nicely done.
