  • Some Risks For Union Pacific And Burlington Northern [View article]
I knew a white guy that was hired to run a manufacturing plant with illegal Mexicans. He showed them what to do and he taught how to run it. They talked behind his back in Spanish for months. Finally he talked back to them in Spanish and they were shocked. He did not care about teaching illegals even though it was against the law. The company rewarded him for having the plant running right. They fired him as a reward.

He did not say that. American do every job there is. It is that whatever American are paid. Illegals will work for less and employers hire them. They catch meatpacking plants hiring illegals all the time until Bush and Obama. They caught WalMart outsourcing cleaning the stores and busting them using illegals.

  • One Potential Weakness Of Berkshire Hathaway [View article]
I worked for the Santa Fe Railroad before they merged with the BN. It was not run by railroaders but financial management. It was worse after the merger. Under the merger agreement the SF was supposed to spend money allocated for expansion on its planed expansion. Instead it went to the BN side which was a violation of the agreement. So apparently it was not regulated very well.

  • Ford Yielding 6.8%? Not As Crazy As It Sounds [View article]
The Ford family has the largest voting block. If they wanted they could of fought off this short term idea. This spending of money was a short term idea. It almost bankrupted Ford when we had a major recession. I am a very small stockholder in Ford and am keeping it.

In 2000 gave out an extra 10 billion dollars in dividends. Through the years they lost billions in poor outside investments. What Ford has to do is part sure they have reserves for the next downturn. The main reason auto companies had near bankruptcies is poor investment decisions

Tea Party influence started in 2009. It is anti Republican establishment. The Tea Party is the main reason that the Republicans won the House in 2010. The middle class has declined more under Obama then any recent President

You read the wrong story. They need more employees because of their sales. The executives sit down all day looking at the money rolling in. Reason Ford and the other Auto Companies either went bankrupt or close. Is that they gave billions in dividends. Ford gave a dividend of 12 billion dollars in 2000.

  • Thin line for UAW in buildup to new contracts with Detroit Three [View news story]
I am from a right to work state. Every time I had a chance I joined a union. I am a lifetime member in a union. Though I am a Republican, Stock owner and investor. Unions are great and many company officials are corrupt. Especially the ones I had problems with.

Tdot is a one sided completely. My union boss looked out for his boys as he called them. The company had its favorites and treated them differently from other union employees. Some problems its the union is they have to represent even the total losers or will be sued by the government.

Not anymore it is not that way. It is a good boy network once you are in the system. For example Cary Fiorina lost HP money because of the Compaq merger. She threatened a bank to vote for the merger. Deutsche Bank ended up fined $750,000 by the SEC. For Conflict of Interest Related to the Merger. She was fired by the BOD and given $20 million severance package. Then was put on several board of directors. A failure at HP and rewarded with it. The top executives in the US are paid greater then anywhere in the world as far as I have read. In Germany which is a export nation with a trade surplus of 264 billion in 2013. While the US has a trade deficit in 2013. Germany pays its executives only 12 times its median salary. While the US pays 400-500 times the median salary.
