Understanding the Medtronic Case Decision

This Greg Glass has no idea what he is talking about and should not be quoted as authoritative.
It is not a narrow decision. It seriously limits consumer rights and most importantly prevents injured individuals from being compensated for injuries caused by laziness/negligence/gr... conduct of manufacturers.
The FDA standards are not as stringent as people think and they are under resource. They base their approvals on self serving data provided bt the manufacturers. Manufacturers under report and provide false data. Just because FDA approves design or use does not nean the product is free from defects.
This is a bad bad thing for americans in any state
