One other comment, what are we going to do when we no longer have doctors worth having. Let's see, I could go to 4 years of undergrad school, 4 years of medical school(incredble hard) and 3 years of residency(possibly longer) and then get paid a nominal amount to use to try and payoff my 200k loan l had to take out to go to med school. We will no longer get the best and brightest. When that happens we are all in for a bad time

The author is completly in the dark re healthcare reform. The problem is everyone wants healthcare but no one wants to pay for it, NO ONE, if all paid hospitals would not have to charge "outrageous" prices to those that can pay to cover those that can't. And why should all get the same level of care? Those that can't pay automatically get the same as those that can...why? It is not like that in the rest of our culture, why should it be here. We all don't get to drive the most expensive car, eat in the most expensive restaurants.

The article is so full of holes it is clear the author does not have a clear understanding of the whole system. As presented to us, the gov system will be a disaster for those that currently have coverage and ok for those that don't. However, don't be fooled into thinking you will get the same level of care that is available now. And don't be fooled into thinking we do not have the best care in the world now. WE DO, but WE WON"T if this gets passed. Once again productive members of our country will wind up paying for those that aren't.

I would suggest that those on the gov system get treated in a gov hospital with gov docs or pay the price themselves to get treated in the "private" sector facilities.

This is going to be a very expensive disaster

  • Hedging Against ObamaCare: Potential Hedges Against Health Insurance Reform [View article]
No my friend, my opinion i sbased on 30 years making my livivng in the health care field. I find your comments to be reather amusing and less than informed. As a point, should you see someone smoking a cigarette there is a 90% probability that they did not graduate from college. How much time have you spent in an ER watching what has been happening . I guess not much

We have bought into the lie that we have a healthcare crisis in this country. We don't. We have a poverty crisis that will cause BHO to destroy the entire system at our expense to provide for those that choose not to provide for themselves. We have have the best health care system in the world in the U.S., however if we continue down the Obama path, we will all suffer.
