I can't understand why they are talking about the benefits of the "education" part of thinkorswim (investools).

The seminars are way overpriced, and the education content is available for free plenty of other places (www.learningmarkets.co..., for example).

Plus, they are being investigated by the SEC. That's a big liability to take on. The brokerage acquisition makes sense. Being excited about a seminar education business is silly.
