    Oil bubble burst?
Correction maybe - certainly not burst

USD is still weak, developing nation's oil consumption is not slowing (it is increasing). Where is the bubble.

The low-hanging fruit has been picked; new resources are hard to get. Pumping crude is now more expensive than ever.

Oil @ $60 properly reflects fundamentals in my eyes:
    Developing national demand
Scarcity becoming an issues the MOMENT demand ticks up

    No bubble here
    I buy on all pullpacks

  • Silver's Strength Waning [View article]
Silver is more volatile than gold and reacts more harshly to dollar movements. Downward movement of markets are strengthening the dollar and exerting downward pressure of silver.

When the markets stabilize (no improvement needed), the FED's capital injections will hit the streets, and silver will vastly outperform gold.

These "dips" just just entry points for me. Half of my paycheck, every paycheck.

  • Silver Wheaton: A Hidden Gem [View article]
SLW is in the mining business...
It provides initial funding for several junior mining companies
    That is risky

When you provide 15M of financing with a junior miner with no cash flow and a 60M market cap, you are taking on risk

They do get to avoid employee safety and environmental issues, but that is about

If you want a "hidden gem" research the silver miners that Silver Wheaton funded (I have one and I keep adding to my position)

The only barrier to entry in SLW's business is money and mining expertise.

    SLW is my DD expert
I invest in junior miners they finance

Hidden Gems = Viable Junior Miners

There is one headline today that you will find no equivalent to in the 1930s: STIMULUS

I am certainly not saying that the green shots are working, they are not

However STIMULUS is the input that changes processes, and outputs of this financial crisis

A side note: "it was not until 1942 that a helicopter designed by Igor Sikorsky reached full-scale production"

  • Gold, Green and the Fate of the Dollar [View article]
DD is a MUST regarding Junior Miners, Junior miners can be in any of the exploration, development, and production stages with the most in exploration less in development, and even less in production.

The first thing you want to research is: mines
What does the junior make claims to?
What are their proven reserves? Inferred reserves?

    Do they have mining permits?
Cash flow? (probably not, but if you find junior with a cash flow its a huge plus)
    Financing?

Follow just a few juniors as minor news can make/break a junior.
Find ones with partnerships or JV with a financing partner (ie Silver Wheaton partnership)

These are just a few junior questions
I dont pump my juniors, because I am slowly cost averaging in

    Disclosures: LONG junior miners

What you want to look for it this:
