Looks like this "tech" company is being run by an accountant and a sales person. One finds creative ways to boost EPS, other keeps beating the dead (ASIC) horse.

Perhaps they should give some views into future vision, and try to take advantage of the slow economy to take a big leap ahead of their competition. Xilinx did so when they come with Virtex, but somehow I see that vision lacking now.
