eBay Lawsuit Aimed at Antitrust, Unfair Competition Laws

EBay should be sued - by all of their sellers. EBay routinely steals from their sellers, overcharging on fees, "withholding" funds for no legitimate reason, shutting sellers down for no reason and with no recourse ... under Meg Whitman and now John Donahoe, they are a shady operation and they've been cooking their books for quite some time in an attempt to beef up their bottom line for stockholders - while sellers leave in droves.
