The Right Price for Rite Aid

I'm not sure where you got the impression that Rite Aid is more poorly-operated on the west coast; any Rite Aid employee will tell you the west coast stores are the only ones consistently operating profitably. The exception was the Las Vegas market which they shrewdly dumped. The eastern stores are the ones dragging down the bottom line.
