Four times more stock out there than people on Earth. More than any other company in history. It will make profits but maybe by 2015. In the mean time there are so many much more attractive investments. Why consider C unless you are already deeply invested? Even then, bail and begin to recoup your losses. When Uncle Sam does begin to sell it won't help stock holders. That won't happen soon. Further weakening C would wreak havoc.

Excellent I really enjoyed that article. I now have something to admire of the Israeli people. I too like TEVA by the way. I have had increasing disdain for Isreal for their increasingly barbaric treatment of Palistine. It is nice to hear something positive. Unfortunately, they are inflicting the same abuses they suffered over the centuries upon their neighbors. The molested grows up to be the molestor. How horribly sad and convoluted.

Oh dread, sky is falling, hunger and pestulance, mayhem and despair, doom and desperation, lions and tigers and bears, dogs & cats living together. We should end it all now. Where's my last bullet?

Totally makes sense to me. I have several computers, laps tops, and smart phones. They all have their place & are not good substitutes for one another. My next purchase will be a Netbook / book reader, & hopefully smart phone enabled device. Speed is king with this next generation of devices. I won't need all the bells and whistles, but quick apps will be very attractive. I'll still do spread sheets, photoshop, and CAD stuff at the home PC. I believe the iPhone proved that people want quick constant access on the go. Now I want it in a slightly larger format so I can read books, magazines, and newspapers on the go & check my email, twitter, facebook. A few games will be cool too. I'm a 50 year old consumer & I want to be connected. Windows sucks when time matters. YOU'RE RIGHT!

SPORE was an EA game. It was really hyped and it totally sucked. It had potential but was a big dissapointment. I would rather bet my bucks on Activision Blizzard who has a track record of blockbusters with an impressive cash hoard of almost 3 billion and no debt. Huge blockbusters are slated to come out in 2010. Sales have already outperformed expectations this past quarter. I agree with GhostOfSpec EA is not great to investors. EA can't fool gamers with hype. Games must be very high quality to succeed.
OK chicken Little. Easy to pick apart the status quo. A bit more difficult to find the answers to enormous problems. What is your unified theory for economic correction? Good luck with that. What we have is imperfect but it has raised the standard of living to levels unimaginable 50 years ago. What would happen if the government didn't save institutions and didn't print money and lower interest? Is that a world in which you would like to live? Still entertaining prose. I read the whole thing - there's something. Thank you Machiavelli999. Loved your comments. How about a dose of realism with your morning Java.
Excellent commentary. Painful to watch a slow motion death of US automakers. With the government owning more of GM than it was worth at it's peak production, it seems unlikely that it will turn a profit in the next two decades.

What a judge you would be. Get only one fact and make a judgement to convict. Thankfully the forces that move the economy are not dependent on a single lagging indicator. Leading indicators, there are several, tell a different story. Thank the good lord, as you say. Why were you thanking our good lord, by the way, for bad news regarding unemployment?
Bloggbuster, Pelican, Duude - KODO's. Let's hope cooler heads prevail. I want my tax payer money back too. Let's look at anti-trust laws though. No single monolithic business should have us all held by the short hairs. Here is the taproot root of this mega problem.
