It owns Austrian companies, but they do business in neighboring countries (instead of mining for gold, mine the miners would be the play there). On the high risk end, is Vietnam Opportunity Fund (a London listed closed-end fund) that is available to US investors and priced in Dollars -- 7.74% expense ratio.
