  • Mondelez: A Decent Long-Term Investment [View article]
Apparently , Mondelez International will receive cash of approximately $5 billion and a 49 percent equity interest in Jacobs Douwe Egberts. What trickles down to you depends on the great and powerful Oz.

  • Mondelez: Expected Top-Line Growth And Margin Expansion Highlights Of Bullish Thesis [View article]
Who wrote this "I am bullish....." anonymous piece, anyway, one of Irene 's paid intern nephews with the company? Kid, did they promise you a free case of Oreos?

For you home gamers, the company *has to be sold*. Highly leveraged, losing market share, cutting costs- ha, raising prices-no-, very poorly managed by the old woman who lives in the shoe, she has so many sub 40 year olds on the payroll it looks like an orphanage.

    Say goodnight, Irene.

  • Big Problems Within Procter & Gamble's Long-Term Future [View article]
Yes, good ideas. Slowly the aircraft carrier will have to turn. Remember, PG makes these house brands for these retailers. I view PG as a safe emerging market holding as the folks in Latin America scoop up their products.

The author is mistaken on not only house brands (PG manufactures, sells to retailers); diapers (still going strong with new ethnic demographics); and the huge, burgeoning market in elderly inconvenience .

  • Cisco Systems' (CSCO) CEO John Chambers on Q4 2014 Results - Earnings Call Transcript [View article]
al, agree. Chambers and what he's done (and not done) to Cisco is one of the great tragedies in modern American technology. Six thousand laid off today. Never buy; sell, sell, sell.

With all the blubber I see on obese eaters, people who eat while they walk through Walmart or Macy's, drive, sit at the movies, eat, eat, eat, snack, snack, snack, snack- can only wear huge Big Dog 5 X t-shirts- how in the world can a snack food company not make money?

Even if it is mostly foreign countries. Sugar, salt, caffeine, fat--hook 'em for life. What's the matter with you people running this outfit in Chicago?

As we say in Texas- "y'all are all fired. Period. Now git."

It's *clearly time to sell*. What a complete failure Irene Rosenfeld and her team of 20 and 30 something groupies has been. Not worth hanging around for that generous 1 1/2% dividend. Say goodnight, Irene.

  • Mondelez's Price Hike Scared Customers And Profits [View article]
How correct you are. Irene Rosenfeld is the blame; but the board won't fire her. I'm just holding my 500 to see if some responsible adult company will buy this mess- omg- good night, Irene, you don't have a clue, "there was an old lady who lived in a shoe", you make too much money and your groupies do, too; do us a favor and go jump in The Lake (Michigan).

No, there is nothing interesting about this, nor will there be. I wish all former, present, and future employees of SD a lifetime of Ebola (short) and dream of the divorced women and widows who were preyed upon somehow, someway, getting part of their investment back.

  • Should You Buy Mondelez After Wednesday's Second-Quarter Results? [View article]
"is not currently a buy". Then what is it?

Well, let's ask Irene. As in Irene Rosenberg. Overlay every quarterly conference call transcript since the Kraft spin off and tell me they're NOT almost identical.

Let me save you some time:
    "(Oh How terrible things are)
Things are not as bad as they seem
    Gosh darn those coffee prices
We will work to fix things

    Steve Miller lyrics, Crow's sentiments-----
"Bobbie Sue, whoa, whoa, she slipped away
Billy Joe caught up to her the very next day
    They got the money, hey
    You know they got away
They headed down south and they're still running today
Singin' go on take the money and run
Go on take the money and run--
( go on take the MDLZ and SELL...SELL.....SELL..."
