    The world map appears to have an incorrect key. It seems the emerging and developed non-U.S. markets are switched.

    Just "eyeball" these charts and you can see that FXI has an average vola around 30% and PGJ at around 25%. The 'why" is for somebody smarter and with more time on their hands :)

    PGJ options just don't compare in term of liquidity.
