  • The 2011 Douche Bag Of The Year Award [View instapost]
Let's not forget that Holder was the DB that penned the midnight Bill Clinton presidential pardon for Marc Rich, so he could leave Switzerland and come home to New York where it's much easier to be an arms dealer to US enemies.

One nominee per person seems reasonable.

Unless, of course, some Super DB supercedes premature DB ejaculations.

Then, any votes counted will go toward the new designated DB.

Thumbs ups will decide the outcome and much glory and riches will follow the victor.

  • Will Gold And Silver Continue Their Run Up? [View article]
If I were forced to put all of my money in one asset for the next 5 years and not be able to trade, I would buy silver.

That said, when Europe implodes there will be a bums rush to the dollar and all other classes, including silver will be sold as margin calls force fire sales of everything..

This will be the last truly great buying opportunity of most of our lives.

You know, I was skeptical of the whole idea of establishing an office of Ambassador To Space Aliens, but it seems like I was wrong and this is indeed money wisely spent.

I had no idea that aliens were so pissed off by our collective carbon footprint.

Perhaps the Minister to Mother Earth should talk to Michelle Obama about hitching a ride on Air Force One next time she and her hubby go on vacation to the same place.

I mean hasn't anyone told her just how much she is pissing off the Space Aliens?

This is surely going to create conflict between the Minister Of Mother Earth and the Ambassador To Space Aliens.

Thank god we have the infrastructure to tackle this most pressing issue.

  • Warren Buffett's Drum Banging a Repeated Warning on Inflation [View article]
I have no respect for Buffet.

Ever since he stood firmly behind Obama in 08, I have questioned his motivation and integrity.

He knew that Obama would massively increase the size and scope of government.

He knew that this would put our credit rating on tilt.

He knew that this would cause the dollar to decline.

So, he invested heavily in China and railroads.

Railroads are the ideal investment in a country with a screwed currency. To bring in hard currency you need to load up railcars with wheat and corn and coal and send them to the west coast where they are loaded onto ships headed for Asia where Warren's friends reside.

Americans need to realize that folksy old Warren doesn't give a flying f&%k about them. He only cares about Warren and his dream of less people in the world.

When all of our problems are solved by the printing press, and millions of Americans are starving because all of our food is being loaded onto trains headed for China where "real" money still exists, Warren will comfort himself with the knowledge that "sometimes you have to break a few eggs to make a really nice omelet".

That's how the New York Times described the death of millions of Ukrainians who starved to death when the Bolsheviks took their grain and shipped it to the US for hard currency.

Name just about any billionaire: Buffet, Soros, Cuban, Gates, Turner, they all agree that there are just too many damn people in the world.

By the way, rice busted up 40% in Asian trading last night!

I bet even old Warren got a boner when he read that.

  • Still Holding Silver? Analyzing What's Next [View article]
Given the fact that the powers that be are hell bent on crushing silver investors, I believe that they will allow the price to rally from current levels to the upper 30's, perhaps lower 40's, and then crush the market with several additional margin increases. That's what I would do if I wanted to turn smiles upside down.

However, to keep the price of silver flat for the longest time, I would not crush prices to the long term trend line. This would only embolden the strong hands to double down and fire up a new rally.

So, although I'm very bullish on all metals, silver may be about to hit the pause button for a few months.

Probably a better time to concentrate on gold and palladium.

  • Silver Market Appears Massively Overbought [View article]
Silver got wacked by the CME again today. They raised margin requirements by 12%.

There is panic in the air.

So put your hands in the air like you just don't care.

This metal is about to fly.

  • Silver Is in Blow-off Phase - Top Could Be Near [View article]
JP Morgan is getting their ass squeezed big time.

Tightened margin requirements and naked shorting are not working any more.

We are witnessing the final days of the dollar.

    Take delivery of actual silver.

The roof, the roof, the roof is on fire.

Perhaps, but we'd have to make sure that we didn't get in trouble with the ASPCM.
