Chome OS will make it through the EU because it's not MSFT....its the same reason other OS makers are allowed to have web browsers and media player bundled in the OS but no MSFT.

where's the fire button you ask? when you hold out your index finger straight and thump pointing up (mimicking a gun), bend your intex finger like pressing a trigger....and there is your fire button.
this I believe will bring new meaning to 1st person shooters, because now you can actually point your hands in two different directions: eg: having 2 guns in my hands.....if two enemies comes up on screen, 1 on the left and the other on the right, I don't have to shoot left then right, I can shoot both left and right at the same time.

all the others see is that subscription is evil, so I don't think they use Netflix at all...or maybe because its coming from msft they regard it as evil. I don't know, but I'm more than happy with my zunepass. I get more than what I paid for.
@PClemmings: I'm not bending over and taking anything. your hate seems baseless because you gave no reason that backs up your assertion/claim.....you just seem like another dumbass on the internet.

with zunepass I get the 10 songs I paid for, the millions that comes with the subscription is just a pirk I really like. I easily connect my zune in my car or home sterio and blast my music with no problem at all. about 3 weeks ago my friend was DJing at a house party and couldn't find a song that was requested, it was a 1, 2, 3 step to get the song on my zune and blast the tract. that was a fun night.
that night I didn't really have to buy the song, it just came with my subscription. this is why i have netflix becuase its great, I don't have to buy the dvds unless i really liked it after i wachted it. its the same with zunepass I don't have to buy all the songs I listened to, because the fact of the matter is, the next 6 months I'm not going to be listening to those songs, the ones I will be listening to for a long time is the ones I will use my zunepass credits to get.

thats an oxymoronic comment: how're you going to say the consumer will not "shell out big bucks for that level of fidelity" then suggest sony developes something that the consumer will unlikely buy? with this kind of logic you would probably run the company into the ground faster than a bullet train.

@Jon T to your #3 point, list what the iphone 1 and iphone 3g has ove windows mobile. I want you to list them as much as you can come up with. don't be afraid. start anytime. the truth of the matter is: there's no advantage you can really list because feature wise windows mbile is king, but eye candy is the iphone. i wrote multi-page essays on my windows mobile formatted properly and printed from it, no computer needed. I can tell multiple features and snareos where the iphone falls short you can list non for the iphone. you should stop your baseless FUD and actually contribute good knowledge to the internet.

I don't see why people gave you negative votes, it was all over the internet that they supposedly did, and they do have shared board member(s).

sigh, wheren't they 1st to come up with the feature to share songs from zune to zune? isn't that innovative? weren't they the first to have (and i think still the only) that offers tethering by default through their mobile? the Windows CE flatform goes far and wide, you will see it every single day you step outside your house, even in places you never thought it would be. so how are they non-innovators? I've never seen nothing like MSFT Surface, how is it non-innovative? they used the xbox/360 to bring live and marketplace, how is this non-innovative? before i go on, do you even know what to innovate means? widows desktop is innovative, MSFT's. it hurts to see the lack of knowledge that floats around the internet, a place were knowlege is everywhere, and this is happening to it. you're like a disease to the intetnet which is rotting the knowledge it provides. again, Jon T please know the meaning of a word before you use it. dictionary.com, you can check it there or type word following it with "meaning" at live.com. that should help you.

looking forward to wm7/wm7.
@ the other ass (anothe analist): well even if apple already has what ever on the market, its still not windows mobile. to the way how you apple people talk it makes me really don't want to be one of you. it seems most of you all has something stuck up your ass and believes nothing another company releases has any merit, only what apple releases. I'll stay with my windows mobile thank you. I'm glad to hear more info on the platform i use daily.

the iEye, brilliant! that one gave me a chuckle, thank you for that.
but I tend to disagree with what most people are saying on the net that Microsoft is a walking dead. I remember when intel had the P4 out and AMD was whipping there asses with their Athlons and X2s and the majority who really has no foresight said "intel is a walking dead", then here intel brought the Core2 duo and reinvented itself.
same I believe Microsoft will re-invent itself. I laugh at those who predict doom and gloom towards Microsoft. there is no need for the company to break up. it's not like the company is not making profit, they made profits in billions but misses what they projected to make by $500m. has anyone thought about the numerous expenses they undertook? new data centers, expansions, etc? if they didn't make any money and actually lost $500m then the doom and gloom would of been right on the money.
and yes, Microsoft is innovative: sync, surface, office ribbon, etc.
