  • Amarin Is Likely Now A Vortex Where Your Money Will Go To Die [View article]
Can one believe how greedy the shorts on this stock can be. The stock has fallen from $15 to under $2, from $7.30 to here in the last 12 months alone, and they still want to post bashing articles. They have all that shorting profit yet there are still 28 million shares short, unwilling to cover, take their money and move on. It appears they want that last $1.80. A company comes up with a product to help people's health, and the greedy bastards want to crush them out of business, along with the investing public, to the last dollar yet. What a country we live in.

  • Why Annaly & mREITs Are No Longer 2014 Safe Havens [View article]
Are we about through with these articles on the pros and cons of mREITs ?
NLY is fine, NLY is scarey, ARR has a great dividend, ARR has a terrible model.
Look, these are income oriented stocks that may or may not suitable for some
investors. We know how they operate (we've heard plenty about that here on the
board), we know the risks, we know the upside (or downside) potential.
You authors' are beating a dead horse here. Please!

Sorry Quoth, we can read the news. An unnecessary article of commentary to say the least.

  • The Obstacles To UniPixel's Production And Shipments [View article]
There are 6 million shares short on UNXL.
When you short that much of a 9 million share float, you have to ask
another question. If 36% of the shares are held by institutions, and 23% are held by insiders (that's 59% total) that leaves 41% in retail hands, or approximately 3.6 million shares. Even if the brokerage firms that sold the retail their shares loaned out all of it to the shorts, that leaves 2.39 million shares unaccounted for. Who allows 2.39 million shares to be shorted naked ? Is that even legal ? Why are there no regulators seeing this?

  • The Obstacles To UniPixel's Production And Shipments [View article]
Remember folks, there are 6 million shares short on UNXL. As good
news comes out, the desperation to discredit will increase.
When you short that much of a 9 million share float, you're asking
for trouble. This brings up another question. If 36% of the shares
are held by institutions, and 23% are held by insiders (that's 59%
total) that leaves 41% in retail hands, or approximately 3.6 million
shares. Even if the brokerage firms that sold the retail their shares
loaned out all of it to the shorts, that leaves 2.39 million shares
unaccounted for. Who allows 2.39 million shares to be shorted
naked ? Is that even legal ? Is this some kind of greed gone wild ?

Has Seeking Alpha turned into a short bashers forum now ?
How many negative articles on the same stock, saying the

  • Amarin And The Universal Biotech Catastrophe Playbook [View article]
Why did you even write this article? Your repeated commentary
on the subject is pointless. We all know what happened, we all
know what may or may not happen going forward. Your self appointed
know all say all on this company has become tiring. Please cease.

That panel meeting seemed whacko because the fix was in, in my opinion. This much scrutiny over a drug that reduces cholesterol?
Please. Look at all the other dangerous drugs out there the FDA
gives approval too. They treat Vascepa like it could be deadly.
Half the float short all these months. Any other company would have taken off after the initial approval. The whole thing stinks.

  • UniPixel slides following critical SA column [View news story]
When 50% of a company is shorted, (by the way, how is that even possible to legally borrow 50% of a float) all involved in that short
position will do and say anything they need to protect their stance.
In regards to the UNXL press release, there was nothing misleading
at all there. They are moving forward with their plan and revenues
going forward have significant upside possibilities.
