Lululemon's Growth Story Is Faltering, Shares To Continue To Decline [View article]
I shopped at the first original Lululemon store in Vancouver and bought their products for about 10 years until they started to piss me off by trying to "educate" me the few times I tried to shop there. They used to sell locally manufactured products therefore the hefty prices. Now they manufacture in Cambodia but still charge as though they are paying local labour prices. I haven't bought anything there for at least a year and I workout and practice yoga more than ever. There are plenty of comparable brands that are far more affordable. From a non-financial analyst point of view, I predicted the decline of Lulu stock 2 years ago and I predict the decline will continue if people who shop their have half a brain in their heads. Here's an idea, spend $40 on yoga pants instead of $80 and donate what you don't spend to a worthy cause.
