In agreement with your comment that, if true, this would be our government involved in a massive theft of wealth from its citizens. But-- again, if true-- taking "the administration to task" seems rather mild. Impeachment, mass resignations and jail would be the only way to salvage what is left of our Constitution.
I am afraid that it may well be true. I hope I am wrong.
