  • Apple's Tough Compare May Not Be So Tough After All  [View article]
One point that everybody is missing. Apple this year, an exception in 12 years, did not have any discount on Black Friday, or anywhere else in the world. What this shows, Apple saw things were moving along as they wanted. Why should they discount?
Please let me know your view.

You are right. I am sorry. I did not know Ipad was introduced in 2010. I am glad you corrected me. This issue was bothering me a lot. Actual total IPad sales to end of June quarter is 224.856. Thanks again.

Tim Cook said 225 million IPads were sold so far. I added all the IPads sold sold quarter by quarter I came up to 217 M. This means last quarter sales around 8M only. This is very low. Am I wrong?

  • Apple, Samsung Face China Telco Freeze-Out  [View article]
China Mobile in its quarterly report said that it is cutting its subsidies by $2B. It is true that the government asked the telocos to cut their subsidies. One thing that bothers me a lot is since nearly ten days ago China Mobile and others have completely eliminated IPhone 5c from their sites. I do not know why? May be they are cutting the purchase of 5c from Apple?

  • After China's Government Bans Purchases Of Apple Devices, Is BlackBerry In Catbird Seat?  [View article]
I have nearly all my savings invested in Apple. Articles like this makes me sleepless. Is it possible that the Chinese government one day bans Apple products in China? Then Apple is finished. Let's do not forget all Apple production facilities are in China? This is a communist regime. One day due to some political issues they can stop American products in China. Anybody any idea? please advise.

The fact that Apple revenue guidance shows a range of $3B ($37B to $40B) versus the usual $2B proves there are some uncertainties in the future.
