The loan modification company that I operate mainly helps homeowners that purchased their house under fraudulent cirsumstances, which is determined upon pre-qual through a forensic audit. I'm a licensed mortgage broker and my time is worth money so I charge an "up-front" fee. (Most of the lenders that I deal with cannot even provide the original note. ..talk about fraud!) Are you serious that you believe that what i'm doing is illegal????
