    Doug,
I own ETO and follow your articles closely.
ETO has performed well for me,but seems to have plateaued.
I agree these type funds are confusing.
    Anxiously awaiting your next article.

    THANK YOU

  • Omega Healthcare Investors Hits An All-Time High - Can It Keep Climbing? [View article]
    Brad,
    I bought last Oct.
Needless to say I owe you lunch, and I hope you allow me that pleasure.
Healthcare reits are one of my favorite sectors based on our aging baby boomer population <of which I am one> needing health care.

    Thank You Mr Fish,
I drip XOM,PG and continue to fire away at their shares regardless of the price.
As with all of my drip plans,I call it "BIG PICTURE" investing.
If you have not met Chowder, you should.

  • Why Wal-Mart Is A Sell [View article]
Bought my last 3 smart phones a WMT.
Same guy waited on me each time.
NICE GUY,so I wrote a lengthy e mail of recognition to both corp and the store mgr.
Saw the guy a few months later, they never even recognized him.
So,the next time I was in the store, asked to see the MGR.
Said to him "arent you guys kinda low on moral?"
You dont even recognize this guy,12 year employee,,above and beyond.
The next store meeting they rubbed his fuzzy head and gave him a atta boy.

  • What Do You Need To Do Before The Next Market Meltdown? [View article]
I think your situation in life has much to do with how you handle this market.
That being said, there is never a wrong time to lock in profits.
Sold all of my HNZ, <thank you mr buffet> without complaining like many others.
When I make 15 points per share, its hard for me to complain.
During portfolio review,I sold 1/2 or 1/3 my positions in stocks like MCD.
Yes,I still love MCD,but I will buy back if there is a correction.
Meanwhile, I re deployed some funds to RDS/B,LO,COP, and MO.

Always good to read your stuff Dave.
    I am forever your student.

  • Is Dividend Investing The Perfect Strategy For Any Age Group? [View article]
    RS,
As dividends have increased, and standard passbook savings rates have declined,it has become a no brainer for me.
You can still get 6% passbook returns in other countries like Columbia, but without FDIC.
Ironic you used MSFT,as I knew someone who worked there and retired in her early 40's,simply from owning their employee purchase shares.
Bought more T and MO today

  • Dividend Stocks With Prices Way Too Far Ahead Of Themselves [View article]
I direct purchase many of the stocks on your list, therefore dollar cost averaging my purchase price.
Its hard to want to sell when you depend on the dividend income and watch the steady rise in share prices.
    Thanks for a great article
