Dr Baker must be a medical doctor .......fairly low on the food chain and invented for real estate developers and yet fundamentally uneducated . I read his history which aside from some emotional lapses was factually sort of accurate with big items missing but his huge conclusions without any construction of information to support them clearly indicates his expertise in areas outside his articule. Don't discourage him because we need him back in commercial real estate and if all else fails....family practice .
