  • The Bubble Is In Cash, Not Stocks [View article]
I am a cash hoarder I guess. I only need to get rich once and not going to get aggressive on stocks. Dividends are like a bonus to me and not enough reason to own a stock on its own. I am taking the 1% interest in a liquid cd and sleep well at night. I just bought some KMI and VZ this week nice dividends both a bit over 4.55 % and nice prospects possible to see VZ over 50 and KMI over 40 sooner than later.. But no option player here so my patience will be rewarded.

  • Whole Foods - Could You Please Recommend Some Cheese For This Whine? [View article]
Jim Cramer of mad money is warming up to it and risk reward is getting more appealing. I agree with gary time to buy more soon.

  • Why The Netflix Loss Shouldn't Hurt Limelight Networks In The Long Run [View article]
I agree Renu and a very well prepared and thought out article. I sold over 3 just in case in went back down some of my position for a profit and have been buying back under 2.50. I like the insider buying going on and share buyback. Seems like a real good speculation at these levels and there is room for few speculative stocks to go along with my blue chips like VZ and GE.

you can not mention shorting TFM until its back in the 40's. The insider buying in 30-35 area is considerable and all open market purchases. I am long. Sprouts sounds promising but let the valuation come down 10-12 % before starting a position.

  • Peabody Energy Offers A Needed Resource With The Stock At Lows [View article]
the Australian development is not enough for me to get long. Coal is a trade not an investment as the cleaner environment theme is never going to go away. I am long both WPRT and CLNE as the natural gas revolution is for real and both are at buyable levels. I do scale in and out so have definitly taken some nice profits in both names. I did trade the coal stock WLT from 4.50 to 5.80 but not long in any coal names. I have been following BTU for a few months and it seems to have nice support at these levels but waiting for next bad news to get in cheaper.

  • Why ConAgra Foods Looks Like A Buy On The Dip Opportunity [View article]
its amazing that a lot of their products sold at my local supermarket are super unhealthy. I am still long the stock but have scaled out of most of my position as the cpa said there are better food companies to invest in.

I agree with about 9.85 to start a new position. I have been a huge proponent of the landys but right now they are not making enough money that's the bottom line but I still respect them.

caption you sold all your shares when is your re-entry point? I did the same and am long UMH now and took profits on every share of MNR I owned and collected those dividends along the way.

  • Is Monmouth Ready To Run? [View article]
I feel so dumb captain of course income is profits I stand corrected. My point is valid where I am selling the stock reducing my position taking profits because they have to start making enough out of profits to pay the dividend in both MNR and UMH or the inevitable dividend cut will happen.

Caption they better start making more $$ money because I want profits to exceed the dividend before I make some bold prediction as you just did. I am not impressed with higher income I want higher profits and am getting nervous that the landys in either this or their sister company are not paying the dividend with profits. who likes this I want a thumbs up!!
