Wal-Mart's "Save Money, Live Better" Is a Winner!

After the hell that was 2008 I am astounded that WMT is trading essentially unchanged from a year ago. Maybe I shouldn't be.
I'm not long yet, and it feels to me like we are not real close to being out of the woods yet, but I think that when I do start to dip a toe in the water that Wal-Mart will be part of my core portfolio.
