Mark me down as a proud capitalist. I am an attorney with a modest estate planning practice and I also own 50% of a fairly successful business in western Massachusetts which i went out on a real limb to get opened a few years ago. I have weighted myself towards offshore investments in energy and gold mining. I maintain a very modest lifestyle by choice--I have no children and have rented since 2004.
