Compressed Natural Gas: Key to American Energy Independence?

I think there are to many 'na-sayers ' running loose to get much of anything done to solve the transport energy problem .Rigimortis has already set in in the USA and will be in full effect before we wade thru all the bureaucratic morass that has developed over the years.
No one now can just take the best methods available and go with it.

Little old Thailand already has over 300 CNG stations . Most taxis, about 20% of large trucks , about half the buses and many private vehicles operate on CNG .
What is the problem in USA ? Hard to say , na ,no way could it be government jackasses .

How in hell is it the rest of world is 20% converted to natural gas and America isn't , people like you and politicians are the detriment to America.
