The Economy Can't Be That Bad if Thousands Can Pay $100 for a Ballgame

I can't comment on baseball games, but I do watch Nascar and I've noticed as many as half the seats empty at many races lately. They cleverly try to keep the cameras off the stands but once in a while you can see just how empty they are. Nascar fans are some of the most dedicated out there, so if they aren't going to the races you know they are hurting.

China, India Middle East May Spur Another Oil Price Spike

We need to stop shipping so many jobs to China and India and quit buying so much Chinese junk. Then they won't be able to afford to use our money to drive around so much and use up all our friggin' gas.

I'm willing to pay a little more for a Barbie doll made in Alabama instead of China if it will help us in the long run.
