CA Kid is right on...I receive at least 3 calls a week from disgruntled, as-of-yet unistalled customers who want to jump ship. I forgive their deposits and we get them installed..

Just check out BBB... they have many complaints and also check Craigslist/Fresno... they were trying to sell the company only a couple of months ago.

I'm in the business but will not invest at this time. !
